DHE capacitor is suitable for severe working conditions. It is very solid and durable. The working voltage range is 900-3000 V DC, the capacitance range is 50-4000 μ F, the equivalent series inductance (ESL) range is 35-80 NH, and the maximum rated current can reach 100A, depending on the product model. According to customers' requirements, we can also provide customized models with ESL value less than 20 NH.
DHE capacitor is made of polyurethane filling material, which ensures excellent mechanical stability of the winding in the closed shell. The capacitor meets the requirements of class C climatic conditions and has passed the humid heat test for 1000 hours at 85 ° C, 85% relative humidity and rated voltage. During the test, the level of condensation on the capacitor is also within the allowable range. In addition, this new type of power capacitor also meets all the requirements of EN 45545 on fire resistance and prevention.
With excellent durability and high rated voltage, the new capacitor is very suitable for traction applications based on IGBT technology and medium voltage drive applications.
